Carved Palace Doors

The main palace entry used to be at the front facade of the royal structures. Its two large iroko doors slide on an innovative metal bracket that can move easily allow their great weight to be opened and closed. This door shows the Ogbelaka guild's drummers playing for the monarch at a ceremony.
